610. The application must identify the exact use, such as an adult bookstore, adult theater, modeling studio, or entertainment facility, describe the planned activities, and describe the degree of nudity involved. Spacing is the core control: no adult entertainment establishment may sit closer than 2,640 feet to any church, school, public building, residence, or residential district, or closer than 5,280 feet from another adult entertainment establishment, measured from the main public entrance by the most direct public street or walking path to the nearest lot line.

Sites must take access from a major thoroughfare road, and the lot must be screened by a solid wall at least six feet high along side and rear lot lines, providing a complete visual barrier. Building design must prevent views into the establishment from the street, with no merchandise or entertainment imagery displayed in window areas visible from outside. Signage is restricted to one on-premise sign and one building sign, capped at one square foot of signage per lineal foot of building facade facing the street, and no portable signs, flashing lights, or traveling lights are allowed.

m. Monday through Saturday, and prohibiting operation entirely on Sundays and on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
