05 requires three separate approvals before an adult business can operate: an adult business permit for the establishment itself, an adult business operator license for whoever runs it, and an adult business performer license for anyone appearing in a live performance involving specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas. 06 limits a permit to the exact location and exact type of adult business named in the application, allows only one adult business per building or parcel, and voids the permit if the use changes type or a second adult use is added on site.
