Violations & Fines
Operating a massage establishment without the Sec. 14-61 license, or violating the Sec. 14-63 hygiene, alcohol, hours or conduct rules, is a misdemeanor under Sec. 14-64, punishable under the citywide Sec. 1-26 general penalty: up to a $500.00 fine and costs, up to 90 days in jail, or both, with each day of the violation a separate offense.
