E, lists body piercing establishments and tattoo establishments alongside adult uses and sport shooting ranges as uses 'generally incompatible with other uses or in other zoning districts,' and the LDC's use-specific standard for tattoo establishments, Sec. k, requires only that the establishment comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations, leaving zoning placement as the primary local control mechanism for tattoo shops rather than a dedicated licensing article like the one covering piercing.
