Summary

All business license applications and fees for body art, body piercing and tattooing and tattoo parlors shall be processed pursuant to Chapter 5.02 MMC and shall comply with all city laws and regulations and all state licensing laws and regulations.
(2) It is unlawful for a manager or an employee or independent contractor to work in a tattoo parlor unless the manager or employee or independent contractor is a holder of a valid and subsisting license from the state and city to do so.
