It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a business within the limits of the city known as, or commonly referred to as, a "head shop," which place of business is patronized and frequented by narcotic drug addicts and whose merchandise is those items described in subsection (a) of this section. Sec. 28-132.1. - Maintaining a drug house prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain any store, shop, warehouse, dwelling house, building, vehicle, boat, aircraft or any place whatever which is resorted to or occupied by persons using, possessing or selling controlled dangerous substances in violation of O.S. Title 63, as may be amended from time to time.
