Chapter 115 of the Pompano Beach Code regulates nicotine vaporizer and liquid nicotine sales as a business activity within city limits. 30 defines a NICOTINE VAPORIZER broadly to capture any electronic or battery-operated device delivering an inhaled dose of nicotine or other substances, whether marketed as an electronic cigarette, cigar, cigarillo, pipe, hookah, or under any other product name, and whether or not it uses liquid nicotine at the time of use. LIQUID NICOTINE is defined as any liquid product usable with such vaporizers. Subsection (B) makes it unlawful for any person to sell, give, or furnish a nicotine vaporizer or liquid nicotine to a person under 18.
