Violations & Fines
Operating a marijuana establishment, dispensary, cultivation or manufacturing site outside its permitted zoning district, inside the buffer distances from homes, schools or other marijuana facilities, or with on-premise consumption or retail sales where prohibited, is a zoning violation subject to permit denial or revocation and the Code's general Class 1 misdemeanor penalty under Section 1-7, with each day a separate offense.
