a. No Medical Marijuana Facility shall be located closer than one thousand 1000 feet from any thenexisting elementary or secondary school, child daycare center, or church

d. Consumption of Medical Marijuana shall not be permitted on the property of or inside a Medical Marijuana facility.
e. All medical marijuana businesses shall be closed to the public between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.; no persons not employed by the business shall be on the premises, and no sales or distribution of marijuana shall occur upon the premises during that time.
