Brentwood bans medicinal and non-medicinal cannabis dispensaries, cultivation facilities and delivery in every zoning district. No permit or license can be issued for any commercial cannabis business anywhere in the city.

Non-medicinal cannabis facilities are prohibited in all zoning districts in the city and shall not be established or operated any where in the city.
