Section 78-153 of the Palm Beach Gardens Code sets the supplemental standards attached to the Table 21 permitted-use chart for nonresidential zoning districts, and footnote (73) to that table addresses Medical Marijuana Treatment Center-Dispensing Facilities, abbreviated MMTC-DF in the code. The footnote does not create a conditional-use path, a distance buffer from schools, or a licensing procedure the way many Florida cities regulate the use; it simply states the use is strictly and specifically prohibited in all zoning districts in the City of Palm Beach Gardens.

That reaches every district on the city's zoning map, including CG-1 and CG-2 general and intensive commercial, CN neighborhood commercial, CR commercial recreation, the M-1, M-1A, and M-2 industrial districts, and the PGA Boulevard Corridor Overlay and Northlake Boulevard Overlay areas layered on top of those base districts. Because the ban is written into the use chart itself rather than as a separate business-tax or licensing chapter, Growth Management can deny a site plan, conditional use, or occupational license application for a dispensing storefront without a hearing on the merits of the specific location.

The footnote's wording is narrow: it names dispensing facilities specifically, so it does not by its terms reach marijuana cultivation, processing, or research operations licensed under a different Florida Department of Health category, though no such use is separately listed in the Table 21 chart either.
