Park Curfew

Abilene Code of Ordinances Sec. 22-4 closes every City park to the public between 12:01 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. daily. Exceptions cover on-duty officials, through-traffic on dedicated park streets, permitted civic events, camping at Seabee and Johnson Parks, and Kirby Lake Park, which the closing hour does not apply to at all.

This section shall not apply to Kirby Lake Park.
