Arizona legalized recreational cannabis through Proposition 207 (Smart and Safe Arizona Act) in 2020. Adults 21 and older may cultivate up to 6 marijuana plants per person, with a maximum of 12 plants per household, provided they are in an enclosed and locked space not visible from public areas.
