Cherry Hill Township's Chapter 6 (General Licensing, Article on Canvassers, Solicitors, Distributors, Peddlers, Transient Merchants) requires a permit from the Police Chief or designee before any door-to-door canvassing or soliciting. Solicitation hours are limited to 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday through Saturday, with no Sunday solicitation. Applicants are fingerprinted, photographed, and pay a $90 permit fee.
