In the City of Conway, Arkansas, a data center's mechanical equipment cannot exceed 65 dBA measured at the property line from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., dropping to 55 dBA overnight, under Conway Municipal Code § 7.46.05, part of the external noise attenuation chapter adopted by Ord. No. O-23-55 in 2023.
