Solicitor Permits
In the City of Conway, Arkansas, anyone 18 or older who peddles or solicits door-to-door must first get a permit from the Conway Police Department under Municipal Code Section 4.24.02. The $10 permit expires 90 days after issuance, bars door-knocking between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and the Chief of Police can deny an application for a list of specific safety and criminal-history reasons.
