Structure Height Limits

Daytona Beach caps principal dwellings in its primary single-family zone, SFR-5, at 35 feet under Land Development Code Section 4.2.B.3. The multifamily districts MFR-12, MFR-20 and MFR-40 carry the identical 35-foot ceiling.
