No mobile food vendor shall conduct business within any single-family residential or agricultural zoning district unless otherwise approved in writing by the Planning and Zoning Director. A mobile food vendor may not be located within 100 feet of the primary entrance of an open and operating fixed-location food service or eating establishment except during city sponsored or other community events.
