Sec. 113.34

Any itinerant vendor, or any person acting as agent, employee or servant of any itinerant vendor, to sell, or offer or exhibit for the purpose of taking orders for the sale thereof, any goods, wares, merchandise, or other personal property in the city shall be required to have a permit by the city pursuant to sections 113.35 through 113.38.
