Farmersville's municipal parks, under Sec. 50-27(a), are open to the public 30 minutes before dawn until 30 minutes after dusk. Sec. 50-27(b) then makes it unlawful for anyone besides on-duty police, fire, or parks department personnel to be inside any city park between 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., a misdemeanor punishable under Sec. 50-26 by a fine of up to $500.
