Fitchburg permits 'dependency living arrangements' (ADUs) as a conditional use in R-L Low Density and other residential districts under §22-57. The accessory unit may not exceed 750 sq ft, one of the two units must be owner-occupied, and at least one interior doorway must connect the units.
