Historic-Cultural Monuments
Florissant's Landmark and Historic District Commission can designate any property, structure or area as a Landmark or Historic District if it meets one or more criteria in Section 405.460(F), including a listed test for "character, interest or value as part of the development, heritage or cultural characteristics of the community, County, State or country." Fourteen additional criteria cover architecture, craftsmanship and historic events.
