Every swimming pool in the Town of Greece, whether in-ground or above-ground, must meet the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code's pool provisions plus the Town's own location rules: 10 feet from any structure and 10 feet from an active well, septic tank or leach bed, with a narrow exemption for very small wading pools, hot tubs and spas.
