Charitable organizations may run bingo or games of chance in the Town of Greece only after obtaining the required state and local license under Chapter 62 (Bingo) and Chapter 123 (Games of Chance) of the Town Code. Single bingo prizes are capped at $1,000, and per-occasion prize totals cannot exceed $3,000.
