The Town of Greece bans keeping chickens, ducks, swine, goats, sheep or lambs on an ordinary residential lot. Zoning Code § 211-33D says no premises may be used to harbor those animals unless the property qualifies as a farm under § 211-33B or a licensed stable under § 211-33C, so backyard flocks and small livestock are illegal outside farmland.

Pet Limits
