Park Curfew
Greenwich Parks and Recreation sets its own opening and closing hours for every Town park, beach and recreation facility under Code of Ordinances Section 7-30, and bars anyone from entering or staying once a facility is closed unless the Director specifically permits it or a Town-sponsored program is underway. A violation is punishable under Section 7-34 by a fine of up to $25 per offense, with each day of continued violation counted separately.
