Farm Nuisance Protection

Greenwich's noise ordinance does not apply to farming equipment or farming activity, a narrow carve-out inside the chapter's general exclusions rather than a stand-alone right-to-farm act. Farm equipment and operations are exempt from the town's decibel limits and prohibited-hours rules, though the code does not extend that exemption to civil nuisance claims outside the noise chapter.
