Massage Establishments
Operating a massage establishment in the Town of Greenwich without a Department of Health license is illegal under Code of Ordinances Section 4-121, and licensed establishments cannot stay open between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. under Section 4-127. Article 10 also requires every practicing massage therapist to hold a Connecticut state license under Section 4-122.
