In the Village of Hamburg, § 167-1 keeps village parks open from sunrise to sunset daily and bars anyone from entering, using, occupying or remaining in a park after sunset and before sunrise. Veterans, fire, charitable and educational groups can run listed events after dark with express consent of the Board of Trustees.
