Operating a food truck, catering truck, or other mobile food facility in Huntington Beach without a valid food-vending permit from the Orange County Health Department is unlawful. Municipal Code Section 8.04.020 requires a written application, and mobile operators must list three service stops with the address and time of each. Permits are nontransferable.
