Anyone filming or videotaping on Irvington streets, in parks or other public places needs a permit from the Township Clerk's office at least seven days before shooting. The Local Film Commission reviews and can reject applications, and permit holders must carry $250,000 bodily-injury and $150,000 property-damage insurance and pay a $300 base fee.

The Clerk's office will ultimately issue the permit.
