In the City of Lake Elsinore, Municipal Code § 9.76.020 bars anyone under 18 from public streets, parks, playgrounds and other public places between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., and bars school-age minors from those same places between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on school days. A violating minor commits an infraction; a parent who allows the violation can face an infraction or misdemeanor.
