Juvenile Curfew
Norman bars anyone under 18 from being in streets, parks, parking lots, vacant lots, unoccupied buildings or other public places between midnight and 6:00 a.m. Exceptions cover minors accompanied by a parent, on errands, working, traveling home from a supervised activity or exercising First Amendment rights. Parents who knowingly allow a violation are separately liable under NCC 24-302.
