Obstruction Rules

Anything that blocks free passage on a North Las Vegas street, sidewalk or other public place is an obstruction under Section 12.08.290, and the City Engineer can order it gone fast. Dangerous obstructions must clear within four hours of notice, immediately in an emergency, while nuisance obstructions like stored materials or unattended vehicles get forty-eight hours.
