A shed or other accessory building on an Old Bridge Township lot cannot exceed 600 square feet, and it must sit at least three feet from the house. Sheds of 150 square feet or less on lots over 5,000 square feet get a reduced three-foot side and rear yard, and sheds of 100 square feet or less on smaller lots can come within one foot of the line if utility-free. A shed under 100 square feet costs $55 to permit.
