Palm Coast exempts reclaimed water irrigation from its landscape watering schedule entirely: reclaimed water can be used anytime, any day, under Sec. 24-184(7). When reclaimed water is available at a property, Sec. 24-186 bars using a private irrigation well instead. Violations carry up to a $500.00 fine or 60 days in jail under Sec. 24-189.
