Short-term rentals are banned in Parsippany-Troy Hills, so no permit path exists. Section 430-8 of the Township Code defines a short-term rental as an owner-rented dwelling unit, or portion of one, let for income for a period of less than 30 consecutive days, then states that short-term rentals shall not be permitted in any district. The Township Council adopted the language on 3-17-2020.
