Park Curfew

Perris closes its parks at night. Under Municipal Code Section 7.22.040(10), no person may be present in any park or recreation facility after 11:00 p.m. or before 6:00 a.m., and loitering during those hours is strictly prohibited. A separate citywide minor curfew (Sec. 9.28.040) bars anyone under 18 from parks and public places between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
