In the City of Pico Rivera, Municipal Code Section 5.75.030 bans any tobacco retailer from selling or possessing with intent to sell any flavored tobacco product, defined under Section 5.75.010 as any product with a taste or smell other than tobacco, including menthol, fruit, mint, or candy flavors.
