In the City of Satellite Beach, City Code § 38-7 bars sleeping or camping on any beach, dune, beach access, sidewalk, parking lot or other public area, and bars sleeping in a vehicle on any city street, right-of-way or public property, between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Camping in a residential yard is capped at three consecutive days within any 30-day stretch and must stay inside a fenced yard.
