Sedona bans fireworks, including consumer 'permissible' fireworks, everywhere in the city except on private property with the owner's consent during two short windows around July 4th and New Year's. Even then, use is barred overnight, on any public property, within a mile of the Coconino National Forest boundary, by anyone under 16, and on any day a stage one fire restriction is in effect.
