Waste Management (Sparks Sanitation) is the city's franchised hauler and service is mandatory under Municipal Code Section 7.12.030. Garbage is collected weekly, Monday through Friday; set carts curbside by 7:00 a.m. on your scheduled day. Recycling runs every other week on that same day.
