Every swimming pool built in Tracy after the ordinance took effect must be enclosed by a fence at least 5 feet tall with no gaps wider than 3 inches, self-closing and self-latching gates, and latches mounted at least 4 feet above grade, before the Chief Building Official will allow the pool to be filled with water.
