Park Curfew
Under Sec. 18-23 of the Tuscaloosa Code, city parks are open only during posted hours, and using a park contrary to those posted hours is unlawful. The director may close any park or area at any time. At Lake Nicol and Harris Lake, gates close one hour after sunset and trespassing after 8:00 p.m. is prohibited without permission.
