Security Camera Rules
Every alcohol licensee in Tuscaloosa, meaning any bar, restaurant or store licensed to sell beer, wine or liquor, must install and operate a security camera system under City Code Sec. 3-53. Cameras must cover the interior (except private areas like bathrooms) and the exterior entrances, exits and parking area, record at a minimum of 720p, and store footage for at least thirty days.
