Waco outright bans game rooms: Section 13-72 makes it a crime to operate a game room anywhere in the city, in any zoning district, and to keep an amusement redemption machine or gambling device for patron use. The Municipal Court can issue search warrants, and each day of continued violation is a separate offense under Ordinance No. 2025-777.
