Warren requires any reflector pool, fish pond, lily pond or other artificial body of water 25 inches deep or more to be enclosed by a fence at least four feet high with a self-closing, self-latching gate, under Zoning Ordinance Section 4D.34(b). Swimming pools themselves are governed by the state construction code's enclosure standards, which Section 4D.34(a) expressly makes applicable citywide.
