(a)Hours. No person age twelve (12) and under shall be permitted, caused or allowed to be upon the public streets or in any public place between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. No person age sixteen (16) and under shall be permitted, caused or allowed to be upon the public streets or in any pubic place between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
