Wyoming bans sleeping or camping on public sidewalks, streets and alleyways within 50 feet of any city building entry, and in city parks or other city property between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., unless an authorized city officer consents first. A first violation is a $50 civil infraction, a second is $150, and a third in one calendar year is a misdemeanor.
