02(A) provides that Chapter 160's property-maintenance standards 'may be enforced by any and all duly authorized city inspectors from any city department,' so a report to Planning and Development/Inspections, Public Works, the Police Department, or another city department can trigger enforcement. 02(B), once an inspector finds a non-complying property, the inspector must issue a written citation to the owner or tenant containing the inspector's name and department; the name and address of the owner, occupier or tenant; the property's address including apartment or unit number; identification of the specific alleged violations of the chapter; notice of a court date if applicable; notice that the citation will be dismissed if the violation is resolved within the time allowed and a city inspector confirms compliance; and notice of any city programs available to help the owner, occupier or tenant come into compliance.

02(C) provides that if a second or subsequent citation is issued for the same property, it is not dismissed and the owner, occupier or tenant may instead be ordered to appear in court. 02(D) allows the inspector to serve the citation by posting a copy on the property and then mailing a copy or personally serving the person named in the citation. 01.
